Low Budget
1994, CrossCut Records CCD 11046
"File under rock, folk, blues, pop, bluegrass and country":
15 songs, 11 of which written by Thomas Erb. Covers of Mark
Knopfler's "Six
Blade Knife", Robert Johnson's "32-20 Blues" and
J.J. Cales "Mona". In a TV-interview the nice man from
Oklahoma said, "I think I like this version better than
mine."
Also included is a fresh version of the traditional "Stagger
Lee". The album was recorded over a period of three years,
mostly in improvised rehearsal studios. About half of the tracks
feature different bands, the rest is Hank solo, overdubbing
away. The CD was also released in the US.

"This guy could teach us a thing or two about
our own music."

"What we have here
is an absolutely excellent CD!"
Sound Waves (USA)
"Hot-blooded
country rock merged with eerie Deep South swamp sounds and
rural blues influences comprise the bill
of fare. The no-nonsense
Swiss crew strut their stuff like they've stalked Alabama
all their lives."
