From July to September 2008 Hank Shizzoe makes his acting debut on Mt. Gurten in Berne, Switzerland. He plays the role of Whit in an adaption of John Steinbeck's "Of Mice And Men". Hank also appears as a musician, performing solo introductions to the scenes on acoustic guitar and banjo. During the preparations for this stage play Hank also wrote several songs and instrumentals. The soundtrack and these songs are now available on CD.

Seven solo instrumentals as performed in the play plus the two brand new songs "Run Run Run" and "Rabbits On The Farm", "Could Have Gone To Hollywood" with guest vocalist Claudia Bettinaglio and two orchestrated instrumentals. All the arrangements are "unplugged", Hank played all the instruments himself.
